Return Policy
At Heychic, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only considered in cases where products are deemed faulty.
1. Faulty Goods
If you receive a faulty product, you may request a store credit, replacement, or repair within 5 business days of receiving your order.
We recommend that you inspect all items immediately upon delivery to ensure any issues are reported promptly.
2. Return Approval
All return requests must be pre-approved in writing by the Heychic wholesale team.
Returns will be rejected if:
The issue is not due to a manufacturing fault, or
oThe item has been damaged while in the customer’s care.
3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
1. Be in their original condition, with labels and swing tags still attached.
2. Be returned in their original packaging.
3. Be unworn, unwashed, and free from odors, stains, and marks.
Heychic reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet the above requirements.
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, the faulty item must be shipped back to Heychic within 14 days.
Customers are required to provide the tracking number and carrier details once the parcel has been dispatched.
Please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip inside the return parcel.
Ensure the parcel is properly packed and sealed to avoid further damage. Returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be rejected.
5. Processing Time
Please allow up to 5 business days for Heychic to review your return after it is received.
If approved, a store credit, replacement, or repair will be issued within 7 business days.
Store credits are applied to your wholesale account and may be used towards future purchases.
6. Liability
Heychic assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged parcels returned by customers.
Customers are advised to use a trackable shipping service when sending back returns.
